How Can a Hard Lump In The Inner Thigh Be Treated?
have a hard lump under skin, and its long like a tendon, and has a pimple like bump close to my festivals. the lump is on the inner left butcheek close to my butthole, and sometimes it burns when I apply apple cider vinegar and tea tree oil to it. it has been there about a month.

Thank you for your question . You have pretty much described what is called Pylonidal dissease with fistula . It is a common problem men have . If you were my patient i would suggest physical examination by general surgeon and excision of the cyst .
